PRIVACY POLICY
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of commercial cleaning services by Golden Touch Cleaning & Maintenance, Service Provider, to the client. By engaging our Services, the Client agrees to abide by these Terms.
1. Services:
- Service Provider shall perform the cleaning services as agreed upon in the service agreement or as requested by the Client.
- Service Provider reserves the right to modify the Services based on the specific requirements of the Client.
2. Payment:
- Client agrees to pay Service Provider the agreed-upon fee for the Services rendered.
- Payment terms shall be specified in the service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due within 30 days of receipt of invoice.
- Late payments may incur interest charges at a rate of [X]% per month.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
- Client must provide at least [X] hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling of Services.
- Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than the required notice may incur a fee.
4. Liability:
- Service Provider shall exercise reasonable care in performing the Services but shall not be liable for any damages arising from the Services except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
- Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Service Provider from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the Services, except to the extent caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Service Provider.
5. Insurance:
- Service Provider shall maintain appropriate insurance coverage, including general liability insurance, workers’ compensation insurance, and any other insurance required by law.
6. Confidentiality:
- Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the provision of the Services.
7. Termination:
- Either party may terminate the service agreement upon written notice if the other party breaches any material provision of these Terms and fails to remedy such breach within a reasonable period.
8. Governing Law:
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Lakewood, Jackson, Howell, Toms River, Brick, New Jersey and surrounding areas.
9. Entire Agreement:
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
10. Amendments:
- Any amendments to these Terms must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
By engaging our Services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
